1. Service Overview

The Service provides Attack Surface Management (ASM) capabilities for monitoring and analyzing domain security. Features include DNS monitoring, email authentication checks, security header evaluation, and WordPress vulnerability detection.

2. Accounts

• An account is required for paid features • Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date • Report any unauthorized use immediately • Account sharing is prohibited

3. Pricing

• Paid plan prices are displayed within the Service • Payment is required in advance • We will notify you of any price changes

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: • Scanning domains without authorization • Misuse or abuse of the Service • Disassembly or reverse engineering • Excessive automated access • Use for illegal purposes

5. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is" • We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of scan results • We are not liable for damages arising from Service use • We are not liable for service interruptions or outages

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your account at any time • No refunds for payments already made • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for Terms violations

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. We will notify you of significant changes via the Service or email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
