This document explains Nyambush's ("the Service") refund policy.
1. General Policy
As a digital service, we generally do not provide refunds after service delivery begins. We recommend trying the free plan to evaluate the service before subscribing.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be considered in the following cases: • Service was unavailable due to our significant fault • Payment errors such as double charges occurred • Other cases we deem appropriate

4. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.
